Q: Will having Steve's service my new car (including oil changes) void my warranty?
A: Absolutely NOT! 
Q: Does Steve's only service foreign cars?
A: No. We specialize in foreign cars, but we  repair and maintain some domestic cars as well.
Q: Does Steve's accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit. Cash and checks too, or a combination of any.
Q: Does Steve's perform MA state inspections?
A: As a convenience to our customers, Steve's will get your inspection done locally, at no extra charge to you.
Q: Does Steve's have an after- hours dropoff?
A: Yes
Q: Can I supply my own parts?
A: Unfortunately, no. Steve's cannot provide a warranty on parts purchased elsewhere. We can, however provide you with quality parts at the best price possible.
Does Steve's charge a diagnostic fee to figure out a problem?
Q: Usually, but the diagnostic fee will be subtracted from your bill if we perform the repair(s).
